These terms apply to the public Hassan OS website and its early-access request form. They do not grant access to the private application.

Private development

Hassan OS is under active development. Product illustrations show examples and design concepts, not a live service or a promise that a particular integration is available. Features, access arrangements and plans may change.

Early-access requests

Submitting a request expresses interest. It does not create a purchase, subscription, guaranteed invitation, service commitment or promised launch date. Any future application access may be subject to separate terms.

Acceptable use

Use the website lawfully. Do not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit malicious content or impersonate another person. Do not send confidential credentials or information you do not have permission to share.

Website content

The Hassan OS name, design and original website content are provided to explain the product. Third-party software remains subject to its own licenses. Nothing on this site establishes a partnership, certification or endorsement.

Availability

We aim to keep the information accurate, but the site and development information are provided as available. There is no service-level or uninterrupted-availability commitment for this public development website. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
