HASSAN OS / INFORMATION
Privacy
This notice describes how the Hassan OS public website handles information. Hassan OS is in private development.
Information you choose to share
When you request early access or contact us, we collect your name, email address, optional company name and the message you submit. Please do not send passwords, credentials, sensitive business records or other confidential information.
How we use it
We use submissions to review early-access interest, understand proposed workflows and respond to your request. A request does not guarantee an invitation or an availability date. We do not sell your submission or use it for unrelated marketing.
Storage and service providers
Submissions are stored in this website’s WordPress database on Hostinger and are available to authorized website administrators. Hosting systems may retain technical access and security logs. The form temporarily uses a one-way keyed representation of a connection address for spam prevention; it is not stored with your submission.
Cookies and measurement
The custom public website does not add advertising cookies or third-party analytics. WordPress may use necessary cookies for signed-in administrators and site functionality. Fonts and design assets are served from this website.
Retention and requests
We keep requests while they remain relevant to early access or an ongoing conversation and review retention periodically. You can request access, correction or deletion by using the contact form and identifying the email address used in your original request. We may need to verify that the request is yours. Backup copies may remain until their normal retention period ends.
Contact and changes
Contact Hassan OS using the form, including “Privacy request” in your message. This notice will be updated if the website’s practices change.
